Penance

Sacrifices shields to gain faster fire rate and reload speed; weapon damage dealt heals Harrow and allies.

Thurible

Channels Energy into the thurible, then returns Energy to the squad when Harrow scores kills, with extra reward for headshots.

Covenant

Makes nearby allies invulnerable for a short period, then converts absorbed damage into a critical-chance buff.
